Privacy notice
Effective 24 August 2026. This is an interim notice covering this website. It will be replaced by a reviewed version, and the effective date above will change when it is.
Counting visits
anyhealth.com.au sets no cookies and asks you for nothing. We do count visits, using Plausible, which records the page you looked at, the site or search that sent you, your country, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. It also records when someone follows our “Book a demo” link, so we can tell how many readers go on to book.
Plausible stores no cookie and no identifier on your device, and keeps no personal data. It cannot recognise you tomorrow, and it cannot follow you to any other website. What we see is counts, never a person: we do not know who visits, and we hold no record of your visit that could be traced back to you. This is the only third party this website loads, and the only reason there is no cookie banner on it. Plausible is a European company and processes this in the European Union, not Australia.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, as every web host does.
Booking a demo goes to Cal.com
The “Book a demo” buttons take you to Cal.com, a scheduling service, on their own website. If you book, Cal.com collects your name, your email address and anything else its booking form asks you for, and passes it to us so we can hold the meeting. Today that form also asks which practice management software you use, what you want to talk about, which country you are in and roughly how large your practice is — so that the conversation is useful to you rather than a round of questions we could have asked first. It asks nothing about patients, and there is nowhere on this website to enter clinical information. Cal.com is not an Australian company and does not store that booking information in Australia. Your booking is handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy as well as this notice. If you would rather not use it, email us instead — the address is at the end of this page.
What we use it for
To arrange and hold the demo, and to reply to you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
Where it is kept
Your booking sits in Cal.com and in our email and calendar, which run on Google Workspace. It is kept for as long as we are in contact with you about Anyhealth, and not indefinitely.
Having it deleted
Email aaron@anyhealth.com.au and ask, and we will delete your booking and our correspondence with you. You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you. No form and no reason required.
This notice covers this website only. If you become an Anyhealth customer, how clinical information is handled is set out in your customer agreement, and described in plain language on our security and privacy page.
