Reports and letters

The writing that comes after the consult.

The note is not the end of it. A funder wants a progress report, an insurer wants a letter, a referrer wants to hear what happened, and the plan you set has to be findable six weeks later.

Every one of them is built from the same place: the notes you signed at the time. Anyhealth drafts them from that record and hands you something to edit, which is a different job from a template with your practice name at the top.

What you have to write

NDIS progress reports
A plan review arrives with a date on it, and the report that has to meet that date is assembled from months of sessions. Anyhealth drafts it from the notes you have already signed for that participant.
WorkCover reports
Workers compensation correspondence runs on someone else's timetable and in someone else's register. The consult and the paperwork are one job, and the paperwork is the half that follows you home.
GP letters
A referral arrives with an obligation attached: the person who sent the patient expects to hear what happened. Anyhealth drafts that letter from the notes you have already signed for them.
Treatment plans
The plan is the part of the note that gets compressed to a word when the next patient is already waiting. It is also the part every later document is built on.

Drafts you edit, and nothing sends itself

Each of these is drafted from the notes you have already signed for that patient, and each one arrives as a draft you read and change. It is yours to copy or download.

Unlike a note you sign, a report or a letter is not written into your practice management software automatically, and nothing is lodged, submitted or sent to a funder, an insurer or a referrer on your behalf. What leaves your hands is something you decided to send.

See a consult end to end

Start with one of your own consults.

Every practice is onboarded by hand, so the first conversation is a real one: what you document, which system you are on, and whether Anyhealth fits. If it does not, we will say so.
