Ask your clinic anything.
Which referrers are still waiting on a letter. Which patients have not rebooked. What a patient’s last four visits covered. Type the question, or say it, and Anyhealth answers from your clinic’s own appointments, treatment notes and letters, with the records behind the answer beside it.
A 15-minute call to connect your Cliniko and ask your first question.

Ask, see why, act.
Ask
In plain English, from the search bar or with Cmd+K. Tap the microphone to say it instead, check the words, and send. Ask reads the treatment notes already in your practice management software as well as the ones written in Anyhealth, so an answer covers a patient’s whole history, not only the visits since you started.
See why
Every answer cites the records it came from, and opens them beside it. When the records do not hold enough to answer, Ask says what is missing instead of guessing.
Act
Draft the overdue letter or prepare the recall list straight from the answer, drafted for you to review. You confirm each one, and your team contacts patients through the clinic’s own tools. Nothing is sent on your behalf.

Today’s actions
You should not have to ask to find out what is waiting. Your home page lists it: notes to sign, signed notes not yet in your practice management software, letters ready to send and consults still to finish, including the ones from weeks ago that a busy diary buried.
Snooze anything that can wait, with a reason, and it comes back when it should.

A summary at the top of every patient
A few lines on who the patient is to the clinic, what was recorded at recent visits and what is still outstanding, each citing its record. Below it, the timeline: appointments, treatment notes and letters in one order, whichever system each came from.

The records answer. You decide.
Anyhealth makes no diagnosis and no clinical judgement. It reports what your records hold: a plan noted but not yet actioned, a letter drafted but not sent, no outcome measure recorded since the initial assessment. What to make of it is up to you.
Every note, letter and document it drafts is reviewed and approved by the practitioner before it reaches your practice management software.
Practitioners see the patients they look after. A clinic director sees across the clinic, and each time a director opens another practitioner’s record it is logged.
