What we cover
- A real consult, end to end. Recording, the drafted note, the review step, and the note landing in your practice management software. Tell us your appointment types beforehand and we will use one of yours rather than a generic example.
- The note format question. How closely the output can match the way you already document, which is usually the thing that decides it.
- Your data questions. Consent, retention, residency, what happens if you leave. Read the security page first if you would rather arrive with the specific ones.
What happens after
If it looks worth trying, we set your account up with your own note formats and connect it to your practice management software. That takes a short session rather than a project — you provide an API key, we map your appointment types, and you record your first consult the same week.
We onboard practices one at a time and deliberately slowly. If we cannot support you properly in the week you want to start, we will say so rather than take the booking.
