The Halaxy connection is in early access.
Anyhealth records the consult, drafts the note in your practice's own format, and you read and sign it. Connecting that to Halaxy is in early access — practices are onboarded personally, a small number at a time.
If you are on Halaxy, the most useful thing you can do is say so. Which systems get connected next is decided by which practices ask for them, and a booking or an email counts the same.

What early access means
Halaxy is not generally available. Practices are onboarded personally, a small number at a time, and places go in the order practices ask for them.
Everything else about Anyhealth is the same either way: the price is published and per practitioner, note formats are configured to your own appointment types, and your records stay yours. The conversation is a real one — what you document, how your practice is set up, and whether this fits. If it does not, we will say so.
Your documentation should not depend on which system you run
Your note formats, your consent records and the notes you have signed are held in Anyhealth and connect out to the practice management software you run today. Change systems and the way you document does not have to change with it.
Connections are held per account rather than one per practice, so a group running different systems across its locations is a normal case rather than an exception to be worked around.
Australian, and it stays that way
Audio, transcripts and clinical content are processed and stored in Australia, in AWS’s Sydney region. Note drafting runs on an Australia-only inference profile. Identifiable content is not used to train models.
Your clinical records remain the property of your practice. Signed notes are written back into your own practice management software as you sign them, so if you stop using Anyhealth the records are already where they belong.

- Does Anyhealth work with Halaxy?

- What does early access mean in practice?
That it is not something you switch on yourself. Every practice is set up by hand, capacity is the real constraint, and places go in the order practices ask for them.
- I am a solo practitioner. Is this only for larger practices?
No. The price is per practitioner and is published, onboarding is the same hands-on conversation either way, and a solo practice is the case where documentation lands hardest — there is nobody else to pick it up. Practice size is one of the questions on the booking form so the demo can be run on consults you recognise.

More systems are added as practices ask for them. If yours is not here, the booking form asks which one you run, and that is how the next one gets chosen.
